As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll work one-on-one in homes and communities, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (including Autism, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and more). You’ll serve as a mentor, advocate, and steady presence—helping each person build confidence, develop life skills, and live life on their terms.

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities
- Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area
We currently have priority afternoon shifts available from 1pm-4pm Mondays and Fridays in the Souderton area.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily routines like dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
- Engage in hobbies, activities, and meaningful social interaction
- Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation
- Help individuals stay active, connected, and engaged in their communities
Compensation & Schedule
- Starting at $18/hour
- Flexible PRN scheduling with a variety of shifts and locations
- Short commute times—we aim to place you within 30 minutes of home
- Mileage reimbursement options available
