Registered Nurse Clinical Manager

Elizabeth, NJ | Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Salary: $90,000-$100,000 annually plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus

BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager for our Assistive Care State Programs office in Elizabeth, NJ. This full-time Registered Nurse leadership role offers a Monday-Friday daytime schedule, a competitive salary, and a sign-on bonus.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse who wants to stay close to client care while moving into a more flexible, office-based leadership role. Rather than the pace of a hospital or skilled nursing environment, this Registered Nurse position is focused primarily on assessments, care planning, clinical oversight, and meaningful relationship-building with clients and families in the community.

As a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager, you will support high-quality care for clients throughout Union County and help make home care feel safe, personal, and dependable. If you are an RN looking for a role that is clinically meaningful, professionally rewarding, and less intense than many traditional inpatient settings, this Registered Nurse opportunity may be the right next step.

What you'll do

  • Conduct in-home client assessments and ongoing reassessments as a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager
  • Develop, review, and update individualized plans of care as the assigned Registered Nurse leader
  • Provide clinical oversight for clients receiving services through our Assistive Care State Programs office
  • Complete required Registered Nurse documentation, clinical notes, and care coordination activities
  • Partner with the office team to help ensure services remain aligned with care plans, client needs, and state program requirements
  • Help create a smooth, positive experience for clients who want to remain safe and comfortable at home

What this Registered Nurse role is really like

  • A weekday Registered Nurse schedule with Monday-Friday hours
  • A blend of office-based work and local field visits for assessments
  • A clinical leadership role centered more on evaluation, care planning, and oversight than on heavy bedside demands
  • A strong fit for an RN who enjoys autonomy, relationship-building, and supporting care in the home
  • A great opportunity for a Registered Nurse who wants impact, stability, and work-life balance

What we're looking for

  • Current Registered Nurse license
  • At least 2 years of RN experience
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to complete assessments, develop care plans, and manage clinical follow-up with confidence
  • Passion for helping clients safely remain at home with comfort, independence, and dignity

Preferred qualifications

  • Home care experience
  • Experience in case management, care coordination, or community-based nursing
  • Experience supporting caregivers or collaborating with interdisciplinary office teams

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
