We focus on software-driven, unified fabric solutions for single-die and multi-die systems. We design and license disruptive intellectual property for use in semiconductor chips, with software development platforms to simplify the design process and reduce the time to market for complex System-on-Chip (SoC) and multi-chiplet systems. This enables our partners to innovate and deliver compelling solutions for data center, infrastructure, AI, Automotive, and Edge IoT markets. Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and Sales Enablement
Department: Commercial Team
Reports To: Appropriate senior executive
Location: (Austin, TX preferred) Santa Clara, CA, or Remote USA
The role at Baya Systems is responsible for leading and overseeing
strategic initiatives within the digital marketing and sales enablement functions.
This role plays a critical part in driving growth and enhancing market presence in
the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy and Marcomms (40%):
o Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies
aligned with company objectives.
o Oversee marketing communications, including digital campaigns,
content marketing, and brand management.
o Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and
brand positioning.
2. Sales Enablement, Lead Gen, Targeted Marketing, and Process
Development (30%):
o Lead sales enablement efforts to support sales team effectiveness.
o Drive lead generation through targeted marketing campaigns and
optimize sales processes.
o Develop strategies aligning marketing initiatives with sales goals and
objectives.
3. Operational Support for Website, Social Media, and Creative
Management (20%):
o Program management for all Marketing efforts related to role
o Manage the optimization of company website for user experience and
SEO.
o Oversee social media strategy and content development to increase
engagement and brand awareness.
o Manage creative assets and campaigns to maintain brand consistency
and relevance.
4. Business Operational Support Management (10%):
o Oversee the management of vendor relationships, ensuring timely
processing of payments
o Implement improvements to enhance overall business operations and
efficiency.
Performance Expectations:
Achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing
strategy effectiveness, sales enablement impact, and operational efficiency.
Contribution to revenue growth and market share expansion in the
technology sector
