Sterilization Technician – Bayside Family Dental

Are you organized, dependable, and looking to grow your career in the dental field? Bayside Family Dental is looking for a Sterilization Technician to join our friendly and supportive team!

This is an important role that ensures our patients and team members enjoy a safe, clean, and welcoming environment every day. You’ll be responsible for keeping our instruments, equipment, and operatories ready for patient care while following best practices in infection prevention.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment

• Maintain sterilization logs and ensure compliance with infection control standards (IPAC)

• Prepare operatories before and after patient care to support smooth daily operations

• Assist the clinical team with equipment setup as needed

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment where everyone works together for patient care excellence

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

• Friday: 8:30am – 1:00pm

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a dental office or sterilization role -preferred.

• IPAC certification is considered an asset

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols with accuracy

• A true team player with great organizational and communication skills

• Reliable, eager to learn, and committed to patient and team safety
