Dental Administrator - Bayside Family Dental

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our clinical team and our patients, ensuring every step of their journey feels seamless, supportive, and positive. This is a full-time position with the following schedule:

• Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients warmly and build trust from their first interaction

• Clearly and compassionately explain proposed treatment plans

• Provide accurate cost estimates and review insurance coverage and payment options

• Coordinate and schedule appointments to ensure timely, efficient care

• Act as a liaison between patients and the clinical team for seamless communication

• Maintain accurate, organized patient records and treatment plans

• Follow up with patients to answer questions and provide ongoing support

• Verify insurance, process claims, and stay current on policies and procedures

Who We’re Looking For

• A caring, empathetic communicator who enjoys helping others

• At least 2 years of experience in a dental or healthcare administrative role

• Strong knowledge of dental billing, insurance, and scheduling workflows

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

• Professional, discreet, and committed to patient confidentiality
