About the team

Post acquisition, the BBPOS team is now an extension of the Stripe Terminal team.  Stripe Terminal helps Stripe users extend their online presence into the physical world. The Terminal team’s mission is to make it as easy for businesses to accept in-person payments as the Stripe API has done for online payments. With Terminal, businesses can unlock in-person payments use cases that are right for their business model—whether it’s creating a flagship retail experience, extending their website to a pop-up store, or enabling a mobile point-of-sale at their next event.

We are looking for a strong Recruitment Operations Specialist/Recruitment Coordinator in the recruitment team to focus on the high-tech market for APAC region and support BBPOS continuous team expansion and growth in Taiwan, China and Hong Kong. The role will proactively coordinate the end-to-end hiring process, interview scheduling and help build up interview logistics in the system.

What you’ll do

  • Play a critical role in a fast-paced recruitment team and work closely with the recruitment team in terms of coordinating onsite and virtual candidates interviews.
  • Manage complex interview scheduling especially with interviewers in different time zones and facilitate candidate travel needs if needed
  • Build up close partnership with recruiters and hiring teams from both Stripe and BBPOS prioritizing timely follow-up and follow-through
  • Work with recruiters to build up interview plans accurately, maintaining and updating interview documents timely with high data integrity
  • Effectively use ATS and scheduling tools to improve the efficiency of interview flow
  • Drive excellent candidate interview experience and participate in ad-hoc process improvement initiatives
  • Manage job posts and candidate records in system as needed
  • Work closely with the HR team on some recruiting initiatives including but not limited to recruitment events, referral programmes, sourcing hours etc.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years recruitment coordination experience or talent acquisition experience from inhouse or search firms
  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational skills, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Able to pay attention to process and details and maintain high data integrity
  • Experience with applicant tracking system for interview scheduling, tracking and managing candidates
  • Being approachable with humble attitude about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help when needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese

Preferred qualifications

  • Talent acquisition exposure in tech industry or corporate environment
  • Motivated self-starter who can work independently
  • Able to build up data report with excellent skills in Excel
  • Able to facilitate recruitment-related projects such as recruitment events, referral programmes etc.
