Post acquisition, the BBPOS team is now an extension of the Stripe Terminal team. Stripe Terminal helps Stripe users extend their online presence into the physical world. The Terminal team’s mission is to make it as easy for businesses to accept in-person payments as the Stripe API has done for online payments. With Terminal, businesses can unlock in-person payments use cases that are right for their business model—whether it’s creating a flagship retail experience, extending their website to a pop-up store, or enabling a mobile point-of-sale at their next event.

What you’ll do
- Provide IT helpdesk support to internal users in Taiwan regional office as well as ad hoc company events
- Manage corporate IT facilities including network, server, endpoint devices, etc
- Manage IT asset lifecycle including inventory, procurement, warranty, disposal, etc
- Software license management
- Maintain IT operations compliant to company security standard
- Work in Taipei, occasionally travel to HK when necessary (such as regular training)
- Work closely with teammates in Hong Kong and mainland China
- Provide internal IT related trainings to users in Taiwan
- Execute tasks assigned by headquarter IT team in Hong Kong
- Report directly to ITOps team lead in Hong Kong
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor degree from IT or related disciplines
- 3+ years of relevant experience in technical support or helpdesk
- Proficient in administrating endpoint devices (Win10/11, MacOS)
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft products such as Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory
- Basic knowledge in TCP/IP networking and VPN
- Experience to manage vendors in Taiwan
- Experience to maintain hardware and software inventory
- Proficient in spoken English & Mandarin, written in English and Chinese
- Willing to learn new technologies
Preferred qualifications
- Certified in M365/Azure Administration, CCNA, ITIL Foundation will be advantageous
- Experience working in an environment with IT/Security compliances such as ISO27001/PCI
- Experience in WIFI/Firewall/Switch configuration will be advantageous
- Experience in MDM or EDR will be advantageous
- Experience managing video conferencing systems will be advantageous
- Experience working with regional teams will be advantageous
