About the team

Post acquisition, the BBPOS team is now an extension of the Stripe Terminal team.  Stripe Terminal helps Stripe users extend their online presence into the physical world. The Terminal team’s mission is to make it as easy for businesses to accept in-person payments as the Stripe API has done for online payments. With Terminal, businesses can unlock in-person payments use cases that are right for their business model—whether it’s creating a flagship retail experience, extending their website to a pop-up store, or enabling a mobile point-of-sale at their next event.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Admin to support the regional admin team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, accountability, a strong ability to multitask, and a passion for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Assist Administration Manager to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Perform full spectrum office administrative tasks such as processing invoices, expense reports, procurement requests, contract renewals, and managing fixed assets documentation 
  • Maintain office supply inventory, managing procurement processes, and liaising with suppliers for timely and cost-effective sourcing
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing logistics for company projects, including travel platform rollouts, travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and event/meeting logistics.
  • Support the planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all administrative and logistical aspects are covered
  • Collaborate closely with HK, Taiwan and China Office Admin Team
  • Assist all general office administration affairs such as office renovation, relocation, office maintenance, contract renewal and fixed assets management etc.
  • Assist in ad hoc clerical functions for projects as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years' hands-on experience in comprehensive office administration and office supports
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and administrative processes
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in PC skills, including MS Windows and MS Office applications
  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
