Electrical Foreman

WHAT WE NEED
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. This hands on field role leads and supervises crews while planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily work.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Plan and oversee daily work for assigned projects
- Schedule and coordinate crew activities and adjust as needed
- Lead, train, and mentor crew members in the field
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality expectations
- Perform safety inspections and enforce job site compliance
- Review completed work and maintain quality control
- Communicate with customers, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Maintain job documentation, including daily reports and crew tracking
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of electrical experience with an active Journeyman License
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Experience managing commercial projects ranging from $100K to $2M
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and infrastructure
- Experience with lighting controls, motor controls, conduit bending (½"–4"), MC cable, switchgear, fire alarm systems, panel installation, low voltage controls, and HVAC wiring
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, climbing, squatting, reaching, and kneeling on job sites
