About the role
We're looking for a highly motivated Process Engineer to join our team!
The Process Engineer role is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring efficient production. In this role, you will analyze existing procedures, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and quality. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process design and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate current manufacturing processes for areas of improvement
 - Optimize processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality
 - Design and conduct experiments to test new process techniques and technologies
 - Collect and analyze data to make data-driven decisions
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth process integration
 - Create and maintain process documentation
 - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process performance and initiate changes as needed
 - Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
 - Demonstrated experience in process engineering within a manufacturing or industrial setting
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 - Ability to collect and interpret data to drive process improvements.
 - Proficiency in process simulation and modeling software, such as Aspen Plus or COMSOL.
 - Knowledge of process control systems and instrumentation
 - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize processes
 - Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
 - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and convey technical information clearly.
 - Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
