Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse and qualified candidates
 - Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance
 - Form relationships with hiring managers and teams to understand their hiring needs and goals
 - Use technology and tools to simplify the recruitment process and improve efficiency
 - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
 - Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by crafting inclusive job descriptions, sourcing diverse talent pools, and implementing unbiased screening processes.
 - Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., social media, job boards, employee referrals, networking events) to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
 - Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, providing a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
 - Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
 - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing feedback and guidance throughout the decision-making process.
 - Negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience.
 - Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
 - Maintain accurate and organized documentation of recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
 - Represent [Company Name] at industry events, career fairs, and networking functions to establish a strong employer brand and attract top talent.
 
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 - Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations, a plus
 - Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously
 - Dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
