Si vous êtes un professionnel de la comptabilité minutieux qui aime travailler dans un environnement collaboratif en rapide évolution, il s’agit d’une excellente occasion de jouer un rôle clé dans le soutien des activités financières et des initiatives d’amélioration continue de l’organisation. Relevant du superviseur de la comptabilité, l’analyste comptable est responsable du cycle complet des activités comptables, de l’information financière et de la conformité fiscale, et soutient l’intégrité et l’efficience des systèmes et des processus financiers.

 

Ce que vous ferez

  • Effectuer les tâches comptables quotidiennes, dont les écritures de journal et la maintenance du grand livre
  • Soutenir les processus de clôture de fin de mois et de fin d’année, y compris la préparation des écritures de clôture et des rapprochements
  • Préparer et analyser les états financiers mensuels et les rapports à l’appui
  • Valider les rapprochements bancaires mensuels et assurer l’exactitude des dossiers financiers
  • Gérer les processus des comptes créditeurs et débiteurs
  • Traiter et rapprocher les opérations liées à la paie
  • Préparer ou coordonner les déclarations d’impôt indirect, notamment les déclarations de TPS/TVH et de TVQ, selon le cas
  • Contribuer au traitement des documents fiscaux des sociétés et au respect des exigences de la production des déclarations T2
  • Assurer la conformité aux normes comptables applicables, dont les NCECF et/ou les IFRS
  • Communiquer avec les auditeurs externes, les institutions financières, les consultants et les autorités fiscales, notamment l’ARC et Revenu Québec
  • Soutenir les initiatives d’amélioration continue liées aux processus comptables, aux systèmes et aux contrôles internes
  • Participer à la mise à niveau, à la mise en œuvre ou à la migration des systèmes ERP et financiers (Microsoft Dynamics 365/Business Central, etc.)
  • Maintenir l’intégrité et l’exactitude des données financières dans l’ensemble des systèmes comptables

 

Ce que vous apportez 

  • Baccalauréat en comptabilité, en finance ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Au moins 3 ans d’expérience progressive en comptabilité ou en finance, acquise dans le cadre d’un cycle complet de comptabilité
  • Expérience de travail avec les systèmes ERP; expérience avec Microsoft Dynamics 365/Business Central, un atout
  • Expérience au sein d’un cabinet d’experts-comptables, un atout
  • Solide connaissance des exigences comptables et fiscales canadiennes, y compris la TPS/TVH, la TVQ et l’impôt des sociétés
  • Connaissance des NCECF et/ou des IFRS, un atout
  • Grandes compétences en analyse, souci du détail et capacité à résoudre des problèmes
  • Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps
  • Style de travail proactif, collaboratif et adaptable
  • Bilingue, à l’oral et à l’écrit, français et anglais

If you are a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the organization’s financial operations and continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, the Accounting Analyst will be responsible for full-cycle accounting activities, financial reporting, tax compliance, and supporting the integrity and efficiency of financial systems and processes.
 
What You Will Do:
 
  • Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries and general ledger maintenance
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of closing entries and reconciliations
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and supporting reports
  • Validate monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Process and reconcile payroll transactions
  • Prepare or coordinate indirect tax filings, including GST/HST and QST filings, as applicable
  • Assist with corporate tax documentation and support T2 filing requirements
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, including ASPE and/or IFRS
  • Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, consultants, and tax authorities, including the CRA and Revenu Québec
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to accounting processes, systems, and internal controls
  • Participate in ERP and financial system upgrades, implementations, or migrations, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial data across accounting systems
 
What You Bring
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting or finance experience with exposure to full-cycle accounting
  • Experience working with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central is considered an asset
  • Previous experience within a public accounting firm is considered an asset
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting and tax requirements, including GST/HST, QST, and corporate tax processes
  • Knowledge of ASPE and/or IFRS considered an asset
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable working style
  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
