The Divisional Vice President for Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and guiding the sales operations of our organization. This individual will be a seasoned leader with a track record of success in leading larger organizations, demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities, and possessing a strong vision for the future.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of Directors to drive performance excellence and exceed sales goals.
- Provide clear direction, coaching, and mentorship to Directors to foster their professional growth and development.
- Utilize strong business acumen to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Articulate and communicate the company’s vision, goals, and strategies to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
- Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and drive competitive advantage.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in enterprise sales with Fortune 1000 companies, demonstrating a track record of managing complex sales processes, negotiating high-value deals, and building strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
- Proven experience managing a team’s book of business valued at $150 million or more
- Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced and competitive industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to see three years down the road and develop a clear vision for achieving long-term objectives.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts, strategies, and expectations clearly and persuasively.

We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $200k to $250k. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth.
