Job Summary
As an Order to Cash Analyst/Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end (E2E) order management, collections, and accounting for transactions related to Merchandise Partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills and a meticulous approach to ensuring seamless order processing and financial accuracy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Order Management: Oversee the complete order lifecycle, including order entry, processing, and fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every step.
•    Collections: Manage collections activities, including invoicing, follow-ups, and resolution of discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate payment collection.
•    Accounting: Handle the accounting of transactions related to Merchandise Partners, ensuring proper recording, reconciliation, and reporting in alignment with BDA Inc.’s financial policies.
•    Data Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of order and financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
•    Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring alignment across teams.
•    Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on order status, collections, and financial performance to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
•    Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance order to cash processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS
•    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in order management, collections, or accounting roles, preferably within the merchandise or retail sector.
•    Skills:
o    Proficiency in order management systems and accounting software.
o    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
o    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

o    High attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and reporting.
o    Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations, order management best practices, and industry standards.
