Retail Key Holder - Climate Pledge Arena

Be a part of the retail team at Climate Pledge Arena! Part-time Key Holder retail role. Selling the best logo and merchandise in professional sports in Seattle. Assist store leadership with daily administrative tasks including, opening and closing the store and following all applicable procedures. 

Responsibilities

• Ability to sell product and provide exceptional level of customer service with every customer interaction.
• Assist in maintaining back stock room and replenishing merchandise on sales floor.
• Lead and promote team to increase store sales and overall productivity.
• Responsible for properly opening and closing the store, ensuring procedures are executed correctly.
• Effectively maintain the store’s security alarm system and demonstrate capability with enabling and disabling the alarm when necessary and always preserving confidentiality with security codes.
• Assist management with enforcing store policies and keep staff focused on daily initiatives and objectives.
• Maintain overall store cleanliness and visual presentation by merchandising new product and refreshing visual displays.
• Effectively operate retail cloud systems including point-of-sale operating system, back-office retail software and catalog.
• Lead with a positive attitude and demonstrate willingness to help the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred or required. Equivalent, relevant work experience may be considered.
• A minimum of 1 year merchandising experience in an apparel environment preferred.
