- Subject matter expert in BDA processes
- 1 year experience as BDA employee
Scope
- Entry level role into BDA leadership
- Qualified candidates must be interested in advancing to a team lead role.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement standard work initiatives to deliver sustainable results
- Uses learnings to provide continuous improvements to processes and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and shares best practices
- Demonstrated ability to implement high standards to inventory control processes
- Must be approachable and influence peers to perform their role at the agreed upon benchmarks
- Ability to articulate both written and verbally to all stakeholders, across multiple shifts and departments
- Demonstrated ability to pivot to tasks as priorities in the business change
- Trains employees how to solve problems
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Must be detail oriented
- Consensus building skills - Ability to influence your team to drive company initiatives.
- Collaboration with business partners to execute daily business goals.
- Works closely with Team Lead, and shares responsibilities
- Work independently and execute high level judgement through ambiguous situations
- Ensure that the BDA way is understood and internalized by all.
- Support a safe work environment for all BDA associates
- Skilled in Excel Spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office Suite tools
