Senior Global Sourcing Specialist – Softline Group

Location: Hybrid – Woodinville, WA

About the Role

Are you passionate about product development, vendor partnerships, and delivering great apparel and accessory products at the right cost and quality? Join BDA as a Senior Global Sourcing Specialist in our Softline Group and be a key contributor to shaping how we bring innovative, on-brand merchandise to life for some of the world’s most iconic brands. In this role, you’ll lead global sourcing efforts for apparel and accessories, driving vendor management, cost negotiation, and development timelines while ensuring product excellence and compliance. You’ll partner closely with Merchandising, Sales, Design, and our global offices to ensure each program is executed with precision and impact.

What You’ll Do

· Identify and onboard new suppliers while nurturing strong relationships with existing vendors.

· Drive end-to-end product development, including sampling, material sourcing, and feasibility reviews.

· Lead cost negotiations and margin optimization strategies across categories.

· Manage timelines and track key milestones from concept through production and delivery.

· Ensure all sourcing activities meet quality, safety, compliance, and ethical standards.

· Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to continuous process improvement for speed, scalability, and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

· 7+ years of sourcing and product development experience in apparel and accessories

· Proven experience in vendor negotiation, global sourcing strategy, and cost management

· Strong understanding of compliance, social responsibility, and international production dynamics

· Exceptional project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

· High level of ownership, adaptability, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred

Location & Work Setup

This is a hybrid role based in Woodinville, WA, with some in-office presence expected to collaborate closely with teams and engage in hands-on product and sample reviews.

We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth. The range listed is just one component of BDA’s total compensation and rewards programs, which includes: robust PTO; vacation, a paid volunteer day, holidays and summer Fridays, Benefits; medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401k; tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement. Certain revenue-generating positions may be eligible for incentive compensation.
