As a Software Engineer at Beacon Software, you will be instrumental in driving technical excellence and business growth across our portfolio companies. You will immerse yourself in diverse tech stacks and codebases, deploying into our portfolio companies to identify and solve critical issues, chart technical roadmaps, and leverage AI technologies to transform our portfolio of software and services businesses. In short, you will gain hands-on experience learning how to scale and grow software businesses.

You will work with 2-3 portfolio companies at any point in time to help them grow revenue and profit by:

• Vibe-coding new AI-powered features and products

• Modernizing frontends/backends using AI

• Expanding into adjacent verticals
