Enterprise Account Executive

Remote

Organizations today are faced with a dynamic and rapidly changing environment influenced by geopolitical risks, regulatory changes, and security events impacting their people, places, and operations. Disparate physical security systems and data make it difficult to get a clear picture of their current security posture and the path to a more resilient organization. We are here to change that. Bearing brings together the best of ServiceNow to automate incident detection & response, synthesize physical security data, and proactively identify previously unforeseen risks and trends, charting a path to resilience.  We are the first physical security operations platform built natively on ServiceNow.

About this role:

As one of the first Account Executives at an early-stage company, you will join the team at a time of critical growth. This role is designed for a seller who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments and is comfortable partnering closely with a founder during long-cycle deals.  You will own the full life cycle of high-value opportunities, orchestrating the go-to market team to land and expand strategic enterprise accounts. We are intentionally hiring senior, enterprise-caliber talent. If you are energized by complex sales, executive relationships, and building something enduring—this role will be a strong fit.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from first executive meeting through contract execution
  • Navigate enterprise sales cycles involving CIOs, CISOs, CSOs, platform owners, procurement, legal, and security teams
  • Assist with developing and implementing GTM strategies including product marketing, demand generation, and revenue operations
  • Position Bearing as a strategic ServiceNow-native platform, not a point solution
  • Lead value-based conversations focused on risk reduction, operational efficiency, and artificial intelligence at enterprise scale resulting in long-term account plans
  • Build and manage a focused pipeline of high-value opportunities through a strong understanding of target buyers, domain knowledge, products, and competitors
  • Maintain executive relationships post-close to support renewals and growth

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven success of multi-threaded, executive-level, enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience with substantive ACV’s
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeded sales expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to work within established sales methodologies and tools.  Must be AI native to accelerate the GTM motion
  • Comfortable selling alongside a founder and team including solutions engineering, implementation, and customer success
  • Established continuous learner with a capacity for agility and previous success in dynamic environments

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience selling ServiceNow or other platform products
  • Background selling into CIO, CISO, CSO, or IT platform owners
  • Familiarity with ISV or partner-led enterprise motions including channels & resellers
  • Previous ServiceNow and/or physical security experience is a plus!

Compensation:

  • $250k- $270k OTE, $125k - $135k base salary based on experience + equity participation

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
