- Analyze campaign performance daily and share actionable insights with the broader team
- Own media planning and performance forecasting for paid search, including regional pacing and trial contribution
- Collaborate closely with the lifecycle, product marketing, and design teams to align messaging and drive cohesive user journeys from ad click to conversion
- Continuously research and evaluate new channels, features (e.g., AI-driven bidding), and betas within Google and Microsoft to stay ahead of platform changes
What we expect from you:
- 4–6+ years of hands-on paid search experience in a B2C or SaaS environment
- Proven track record of managing $500K-$1M+/mo budgets efficiently
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, with strong working knowledge of GA4 and GTM
- Experience optimizing toward downstream metrics like CAC, trial-to-sub conversion, or LTV:CAC
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable using tools like Looker, Mode, Excel, etc. to pull and interpret data
- Located in or willing to overlap with the Pacific Time Zone (role is fully remote)
You’re an ideal candidate if:
- You’re empathetic and collaborative, with a genuine desire to understand the user and the business
- You’re innately curious and love asking “why” to uncover the root of performance trends
- You’re energized by owning a performance channel end-to-end
- You love running experiments and using data to prioritize what to scale
- You’re scrappy and solution-oriented in a startup environment
- You stay current on platform updates, bidding strategies, and creative best practices
