What you’ll do:
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Provide technical support across the company.
- Troubleshoot systems and applications problems, diagnosing and pointing out pieces of evidence of app failures.
- Implement, manage, and maintain IT service management processes and procedures.
- Manage incidents and effectively communicate with stakeholders during incidents.
- Continuously analyze current processes, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement.
- Prepare and present performance reports and metrics to senior management.
- Responsible for maintaining and improving our computer operations, focusing on incident management and problem-solving.
What you’ll need:
- University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development;
- Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms and problem solving;
- Hands on experience in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, ArgoCD;
- Experience with SRE and Support Engineering methodology/culture;
- Experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, RabbitMQ, AWS, Java and Python;
- Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic, DataDog, Grafana;
- Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken);
- Experience with Agile projects.
