About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to support delivery and execution across our Sales Enablement and Frontline experience teams. In this role, you’ll contribute to initiatives that span multiple tools and workflows used by our sales and customer-facing teams. You'll work closely with senior PMs, designers, engineers, and go-to-market partners to help scope, prioritize, and deliver features that improve productivity, consistency, and experience across our frontline ecosystem.

What you'll do:
- Contribute to the delivery of product initiatives across multiple Sales Enablement tools and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify scope, define requirements, and drive execution
- Help manage dependencies across related product areas to ensure smooth delivery
- Gather feedback and context from internal users to inform feature development
- Write clear product specs, coordinate timelines, and track progress toward milestones
- Participate in team rituals and help maintain high delivery standards across squads
- Communicate updates and risks to relevant stakeholders with clarity and structure
What you'll need:
- University degree in any area
- Experience as a product manager working in cross-functional software teams
- Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to support shared goals across multiple teams
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear steps with defined requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of day-to-day execution
- Comfort working on internal-facing tools and balancing user needs with technical constraints
- A learning mindset and willingness to grow under the guidance of senior product leaders
- Advanced communication and presentation skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on internal tools or platforms, especially for sales or frontline teams
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, CRMs, or customer success tooling
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to product delivery processes (e.g. agile, sprint planning, release coordination)
