About the role

We are opening a PMO / Communications Specialist position to support the Platform team, playing a key role in executing and evolving team communications, supporting organizational processes, and enabling effective tracking of initiatives and results.

The role combines PMO responsibilities with strong communication skills, supporting both operational organization and executive-level alignment.

This role requires someone able to transform complex information, especially in a technology and software development context, into clear, structured, consistent, and visually professional communications, tailored to different audiences, including senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll do:

Communication & engagement:

  • Execute the approved communication plan for the Platform team, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with target audiences.
  • Draft, design, review, and publish institutional communications across multiple channels (e-mails, Teams, internal announcements, awareness campaigns).
  • Maintain and continuously improve communication processes and channels, ensuring organization, standardization, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple areas to collect, consolidate, and review inputs for communications and reports.
  • Act as a point of contact to structure and refine inputs, supporting clearer narratives and more effective communication outcomes.

Executive communication & presentations:

  • Create executive-level presentations on demand, with a high standard of structure, clarity, and visual quality.
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve templates for presentations, reports, and recurring communications.
  • Support the preparation of materials used in executive forums, leadership meetings, and strategic updates.

PMO, organization & reporting:

  • Support organizational processes within the area, including meeting preparation, agendas, surveys, and supporting materials.
  • Perform PMO-related activities, supporting the tracking of projects, initiatives, and annual targets.
  • Collect, organize, and consolidate metrics, KPIs, and results in collaboration with multiple leaders.
  • Produce structured reports and tracking materials for executive audiences.

Events enablement:

  • Support the planning and execution of workshops, enablement sessions, and internal events.
  • Act as a facilitator for knowledge sharing, following industry and technology trends and structuring content in an accessible and practical way.

Process improvement & governance:

  • Support the mapping, design, and continuous improvement of processes related to communication, reporting, and governance.
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives that elevate the level of organization, clarity, and professionalism of the Platform area.

What you'll need:

  • Previous experience in corporate communications, internal communications, PMO, or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with advanced presentation creation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure content and presentations for executive audiences.
  • Experience creating visual materials, presentation layouts, and reusable templates.
  • Knowledge of design thinking and experience with process mapping and improvement.
  • Experience working in Agile project environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with additional tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
  • Advanced or fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Previous experience working closely with executive leadership.
  • Experience in technology companies or complex corporate environments.
