About the role:

As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of the digital transformation of BEES’ partner companies.

This role is responsible for leading the implementation of BEES frontline solutions by deeply understanding partners’ commercial structures, sales processes, post-sales routines, targets, and business models, and translating them into a successful digital transformation plan.

You will act as a trusted advisor to our partners, ensuring the effective adoption of BEES products while driving measurable improvements in sales performance and customer experience.

This is a high-impact, client-facing position with strong exposure to commercial strategy, technology implementation, and international collaboration.

What you'll do:

  • Map partners’ current sales and post-sales processes, structure, KPIs, and commercial strategy.
  • Understand BEES’ recommended business model for sales representatives and customer service teams and adapt the value proposition to each partner’s reality.
  • Lead the implementation of BEES Force and other frontline solutions (BEES Care, BEES Grow).
  • Develop and execute a structured transformation plan within short timeframes.
  • Conduct follow-ups with partners, ensuring progress tracking and performance analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions and materials for sales teams, customer service, telesales, and related stakeholders.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and escalate product enhancement needs to internal teams.
  • Manage partners simultaneously, ensuring organization, prioritization, and high-quality delivery.
  • Perform market visits and travel frequently to support implementations.
  • Analyze results and support partners in driving performance through data and insights.

What you'll need:

  • Experience managing or closely working with frontline Sales Teams.
  • Strong commercial background with exposure to software or system implementation.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Excel skills (advanced/intermediate desirable).
  • SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into system implementation.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and results analysis.
  • High organizational skills and agility to manage multiple partners simultaneously.
  • Willingness and availability to travel frequently.
  • Intermediate English (written and spoken) — exposure to global stakeholders is expected.
