About this opportunity

As a BEES Strategic Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in driving market share growth through data-driven strategies and AI-powered solutions. This position focuses on identifying the highest-value customer opportunities, developing scalable methodologies across markets, and enabling commercial teams to outperform competitors by expanding market penetration and strengthening customer engagement.

What you will do: 

  • Partner with Data teams to enrich customer data using internal and external sources, generating deeper customer and market insights.
  • Develop methodologies to estimate market potential and identify market share growth opportunities across countries.
  • Build and maintain prioritization frameworks to identify the most strategic customers for commercial expansion and competitive growth.
  • Lead initiatives to identify, segment, and develop high-impact customers, creating scalable approaches that can be replicated across markets.
  • Design, execute, and monitor personalized commercial activations that drive customer acquisition, market share growth, and brand-building objectives.
  • Analyze competitive landscapes and support country teams with data-driven strategies to increase market penetration and win share from competitors.
  • Monitor business KPIs and collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Country teams to maximize commercial impact through analytics and experimentation.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Advanced English.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data, AI-powered solutions, and business strategy.
  • Experience translating data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and influence country teams.
  • Experience with Databricks or similar analytics platforms is a plus.

✈️ Availability for occasional international travel (approximately 1–2 trips per year).
