About this opportunity

As an Operations Specialist, you will be the operational owner of strategic partners' digital presence within the BEES platform, helping some of the largest consumer goods companies maximize their commercial performance through our marketplace ecosystem.

You will work cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Commercial, Customer Success, and Operations teams to execute digital initiatives, coordinate partner projects, and ensure an exceptional end-to-end experience. Acting as the main point of contact for your assigned partners, you will drive commercial execution, monitor performance, translate data into actionable insights, and support partners throughout their digital transformation journey.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining project coordination, stakeholder management, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do: 

 

  • Own the day-to-day management of strategic partners' online operations within the BEES platform, ensuring an excellent digital experience.
  • Manage the setup and ongoing maintenance of partner stores, including digital communications, promotions, catalogs, campaigns, in-app content, pop-ups, Club B initiatives, and other commercial assets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Technology, Commercial, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure successful project execution and on-time deliveries.
  • Act as the main operational point of contact for assigned partners, supporting their digital transformation journey and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and manage commercial calendars, prioritizing initiatives and ensuring accurate execution within the platform.
  • Monitor business performance, analyze operational and commercial metrics, and identify opportunities to improve partner results.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making and optimize commercial performance.
  • Present performance updates, insights, and action plans during recurring business reviews and governance meetings with internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously identify process improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance partner experience and execution quality.

 

What we're looking for:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Experience supporting digital commerce, marketplace, retail media, commercial operations, e-commerce, customer success, or similar business environments.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to analyze business data and performance metrics to support strategic decisions.
  • Knowledge of Power BI — nice to have.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data querying and analysis — nice to have.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer experience and operational excellence.
