About this opportunity 

This role will oversee the entire Online pillar, which includes digital communications, revenue management, Club B and algo selling. It’ll focus on communicating with key customer’s stakeholders to deeply understand the business needs, proving the value created by online levers, being the voice of partner within BEES. 

What you will do:

  • Support the implementation process of new 3P marketplace partners, working with business teams, project leaders, and partner stakeholders.
  • Act as a connection point between commercial needs and product/technical discussions during the implementation phase.
  • Participate in conversations with partner representatives to align expectations and commitments.
  • Help translate business needs into online levers (digital communications, revenue management, Club B, algo selling) within BEES.
  • Collect and analyze data to generate insights and suggest improvements for partner performance and online journey.
  • Represent partner perspectives inside BEES, supporting scalable processes and improvements that bring measurable value.
  • Be responsible for tracking Online KPIs and supporting initiatives that increase partner engagement and satisfaction.
  • Travel within Brazil when needed to meet partners and support implementation activities. 

We are looking for people with: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage discussions and build trust with different stakeholders.
  • A commercial mindset combined with analytical thinking to connect insights with business opportunities.
  • Willingness to learn technical concepts (such as APIs and product flows) and work closely with product and tech teams.
  • Flexibility and availability for frequent travel.
  • Previous experience in partner management, commercial operations, business development, or digital projects is a plus.
  • Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken).
