Bee’s Plumbing is a growing service plumbing company based in West Seattle, serving residential and commercial customers across Greater Seattle area. Our team of technicians, dispatchers, and office staff keeps homes and businesses running, and we're looking for a friendly, organized person to keep our office running just as smoothly.

The Role
As our Front Office Coordinator, you're the face of our office and the person who keeps the day-to-day running. You'll welcome visitors, be the first stop for basic IT needs, support our HR and leadership teams, and make sure our facility is clean, stocked, and ready for work. This is a great fit for someone who likes variety, takes initiative, and enjoys being the go-to person.

What You'll Do

Front Office & Reception

  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and deliveries in a professional, friendly manner
  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT questions and coordinate with our IT provider to resolve issues
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipping

HR & Compliance Support

  • Assist HR with onboarding, including new hire paperwork, orientation logistics, and workspace setup
  • Help track technician and company licenses, certifications, and renewal deadlines
  • Support technician compliance efforts by maintaining organized records and sending reminders
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion

Facility & Vendor Management

  • Keep the office, break areas, and shared spaces clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Monitor and restock office, kitchen, and cleaning supplies
  • Work with vendors for facility needs such as janitorial, maintenance, and equipment service, and schedule and follow up on service calls

Leadership & Event Support

  • Partner with leadership on company events, team meetings, and celebrations
  • Prepare for meetings by handling scheduling, materials, room setup, and catering

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in an office, front desk, administrative, or customer service role
  • Warm, professional communication skills in person, by phone, and by email
  • Strong organization and the ability to juggle several tasks and deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting and coordinating with IT support
  • Discretion with confidential employee information
  • Ability to lift up to [25] lbs and move around the facility throughout the day

Nice to have: HR, onboarding, or compliance tracking experience; experience in the trades or a service business; event planning experience.

Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Occasional flexibility for company events.

Work Environment:

This position operates in an office environment and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Frequently operates a computer and other standard office equipment.  Occasionally moves items up to 20 pounds. Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with internal and external stakeholders is required. Must be able to work under centrally controlled fluorescent lighting. Pay Range

$24 - $27 USD
