About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building Behavox flagship products, driving business growth with both new and existing clients. You will be responsible for developing robust, scalable building blocks to address a wide range of customer needs, while having the freedom to innovate, ideate, and continuously evolve our solutions.

What You'll Bring
- A deep and genuine interest in Behavox and in building high impact AI driven products for customers
- 5+ years of product management experience building end-user facing products (have been through 1 full product development lifecycle - from defining requirements to aligning engineering execution and ensuring successful delivery for internal stakeholders).
- Effective execution, problem solving and making effective customer presentations
- Developed skills in Communication and Prioritization applied across engineering, design and data science teams
- Developed skills in Research and Analysis applied in a strongly mission-driven business scenario
- Degree in engineering and technology is preferred
What You'll Do
- Build new product features and continue to refine existing features keeping customer focus in mind
- Understand User Persona and translate user insights into actionable product requirements and improvements
- Demonstrate user-centricity and a eye for design that drives new features and business growth
- Be strategic and build a Product roadmap and lead customer facing presentations
- Be responsible for backlog grooming and resolving Product issues
- Work across teams with Engineers, Data Scientists and Customer Success Managers to define actional solution and efficient product execution

About Our Process

The most aligned candidate will then be asked to do a practical work task simulation activity so we can make sure that you will enjoy the kind of work the role requires, and this task will typically be presented and discussed with a group of colleagues and managers.
