Job Summary:
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to qualify prospects interested in our services and supporting sales efforts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Makes outbound phone calls to hot leads interested in cosmetic surgery.
• Handles inbound phone calls from new and existing customers, providing exceptional service and support.
• Qualifies leads by obtaining general information, and medical information identifying customer needs, and through engaging conversation motivates the customer to submit required photos, and determining timelines for customer follow-up.
• Leaves exciting and energetic voicemails to encourage prospects to return calls.
• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing information.
• Educates customers on the overall process and pre-screens them for eligibility to receive office-based surgery
• Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
• Transfers qualified leads to the sales department, communicating effectively with sales agents to ensure a seamless transition.
• Actively listens to gather and record detailed notes in Salesforce to support continuous service throughout multiple touchpoints of the customer lifecycle. • Meets or exceeds sales targets by promoting services and converting qualified leads into customers.
