The Support Professional will answer inquiries; resolve problems; and fulfill customer requests by phone,
chat, and email. This position is well suited for people with call center experience or may be an entry
level position. Hands on training is provided for all new associates.
Responsibilities:
• Build rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy
• Learn and utilize various systems and technology platforms for internal and external actions
• Be punctual for all scheduled shifts and meetings
• Be open to feedback and help with continuous improvement opportunities
• Answer customer inquiries by researching, locating, and providing accurate information
• Notate call summary in Customer Relationship Management software
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 0-6 months experience in customer service roles (BPO) environment
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
