Job Description
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team. It’s important that our support teams are available when our customers need them most, as such, our CX reps will require flexible availability to work an assigned work schedule within our hours of operations.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to the following):
- Provide customer support for all customers, external and internal.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone call, online chat, or e-mail, and offer resolutions; with the objective being "one contact resolution".
- Act as liaison between customers and branches.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Thorough knowledge of branch operations imperative to communicate with customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of Customer Service Experience.
- Must have a Highschool diploma
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must be proficient in the use of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Administrative experience is a plus.
