Licensed Electrician

Job Overview:

As a C10 Licensed Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in compliance with local and state regulations. You will oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical System Installation & Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in commercial, residential, and industrial settings.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of electrical systems.
  • Code Compliance: Ensure all work is compliant with California electrical codes and standards.
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, providing timely and effective repairs.
  • Project Execution: Plan and execute electrical installations for new construction or renovation projects.
  • Safety Inspections: Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, or areas in need of adjustment or repair.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train apprentices or less experienced electricians as needed.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Documentation & Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  • Safety Standards: Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and procedures on job sites.

Qualifications:

  • Thorough knowledge of California electrical codes and regulations.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve electrical issues efficiently.
  • Experience with both low and high voltage systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
