Entry-Level HVAC Maintenance Technician (Training Provided)

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level HVAC Maintenance Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to start a career in the HVAC industry. No prior experience as a technician is required—our in-house training program will provide you with the skills needed to succeed.

What to Expect:

• Warehouse Training: You will begin by working in our warehouse to learn about HVAC parts, tools, and our company processes.
• Hands-On Learning: You will receive in-house training from experienced technicians to develop your HVAC maintenance skills.
• Career Growth: This role is designed as a pathway to becoming a fully trained HVAC Maintenance Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and managing HVAC parts and inventory in the warehouse.
• Learn about HVAC systems, components, and service procedures through hands-on experience.
• Support technicians on job sites to gain real-world knowledge of HVAC maintenance.
• Conduct basic maintenance tasks under supervision as you progress in training.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: No prior HVAC experience required—just a strong willingness to learn!
• Skills: Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, good communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in various conditions (including heights and confined spaces), and stand for extended periods.
• License: Valid driver’s license required.
