HVAC Sales Expert
Position Summary:
As an HVAC Salesperson, you will consult with residential customers to identify their home comfort needs and provide tailored HVAC system solutions. You’ll leverage your experience and product knowledge to close in-home sales and exceed performance targets—all while delivering a five-star experience every time.
What You’ll Do:

Conduct in-home consultations and sales presentations for new HVAC systems.

Educate customers on Bell Brothers’ services and product offerings.

Evaluate customer needs, home conditions, and system requirements to make accurate recommendations.

Provide quotes and close sales on the spot.

Follow up with leads, maintain customer relationships, and update CRM records.

Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of HVAC in-home sales experience preferred, but we will train the right person.

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation processes.

Proven ability to close sales and meet performance goals.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
