Window Sales Expert
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate window replacement needs and present solutions.

Educate homeowners on window products, styles, energy efficiency benefits, and Bell Brothers’ unique value proposition.

Provide accurate pricing and financing options to close sales on the spot.
-
Maintain strong follow-up and communication with leads and customers.
-
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Input customer details and activity into CRM software for tracking and follow-up.
-
Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of in-home or direct-to-consumer sales experience (window or home improvement sales preferred).

Strong consultative sales skills with a track record of closing deals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-
Professional appearance and presentation.
-
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable.
-
Valid driver’s license.
-
Willingness to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customer availability.
