Window Sales Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate window replacement needs and present solutions.

• Educate homeowners on window products, styles, energy efficiency benefits, and Bell Brothers’ unique value proposition.

• Provide accurate pricing and financing options to close sales on the spot.

• Maintain strong follow-up and communication with leads and customers.

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

• Input customer details and activity into CRM software for tracking and follow-up.

• Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of in-home or direct-to-consumer sales experience (window or home improvement sales preferred).

• Strong consultative sales skills with a track record of closing deals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Professional appearance and presentation.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customer availability.
