Develop Crews. Raise Installation Standards.

Bell Brothers is hiring an Electrical Installation Field Supervisor to support residential installation crews through hands-on field leadership, technical guidance, and coaching.

You'll help Lead Installers and Apprentices deliver safe, code-compliant work while improving productivity, workmanship, and the homeowner experience. Your focus is developing crews and preventing recurring problems, not serving as a permanent crew member, routine material runner, or primary warranty technician.

How We Work

We value quality workmanship, professional homeowner communication, and accountability. You'll give crews the support they need while keeping Lead Installers responsible for their projects. Coaching means setting clear expectations, following through on corrective action, and helping electricians earn greater responsibility as their skills develop.

What You'll Do

  • Visit jobsites regularly to assess safety, workmanship, productivity, and compliance with approved scopes.
  • Provide technical support for complex installation challenges, code questions, and inspection issues.
  • Coach Lead Installers on planning, delegation, homeowner communication, and crew leadership; develop Apprentices through skill assessment and appropriate assignments.
  • Review warranty feedback, callbacks, failed inspections, photos, and testing records to identify root causes and reduce recurring problems.
  • Evaluate employee performance and readiness for advancement, and follow through on corrective coaching.
  • Coordinate with installation management, planning, materials, and scheduling teams to address delays, scope discrepancies, and material-planning issues.
  • Ensure scope, pricing, contractual commitments, and project designs are not changed without authorization.
  • Verify crews complete required ServiceTitan records, photos, signatures, payment requirements, and project closeout.

What You'll Bring

  • Current California Residential Electrician Certification or higher electrical certification.
  • Significant residential installation experience, including complex projects, with advanced knowledge of electrical systems, applicable codes, inspection requirements, and safe work practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and hold field employees accountable. Previous Lead Installer, foreman, or field-supervision experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong technical judgment, with the ability to turn quality and callback findings into practical improvements.
  • Ability to prioritize across multiple crews and projects, communicate clearly, resolve conflicts, and follow through.
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field-service software and mobile technology.
  • A valid, current California driver's license.

Working Conditions

This is a field-based leadership role requiring regular residential jobsite visits and the ability to perform activities associated with electrical installation supervision. You'll reinforce safe work practices and professional conduct in occupied homes.
