
Service Technician
Job Summary:
The Service Technician independently performs maintenance tasks, troubleshoots issues, and ensures the highest quality of service, with a particular emphasis on meticulous service, touch-ups, custom cabinet work, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive Service Requests:
- Review service requests and understand the scope of work, especially for custom cabinets.
- Review Service Requirements:
- Assess project specifications, site conditions, and special requirements to ensure all quality standards are met.
- Perform Maintenance and Repairs:
- Independently carry out maintenance and repair tasks with precision, ensuring the highest quality standards.
- Custom Cabinet Work:
- Execute custom cabinet installations, modifications, and repairs with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring flawless and fully operational results.
- Address Issues and Delays:
- Proactively resolve issues and delays, minimizing disruptions and maintaining quality.
- Perform Services and Touch-Ups:
- Execute comprehensive services and touch-ups with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of the service are flawless and fully operational.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring all services meet or exceed their satisfaction.
- Document and Evaluate:
- Thoroughly document details, gather feedback, and identify areas for quality improvement.
- Provide Feedback to Installation Manager:
- Report on performance, satisfaction, and any quality issues, ensuring continuous improvement.
