This key role involves automating identity and access management (IAM) systems, managing and enhancing our endpoint environments (Mac, Windows, and Chrome OS), and implementing new features using AWS. We are looking for a proactive, meticulous individual committed to increasing the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure, which is essential for empowering our customers and business operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain and enhance our endpoint management tools to deliver an exceptional experience across macOS, Windows, and Chrome OS devices.
- Develop and enforce policies for network and endpoint security aligned with best practices, internal standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Partner with Security, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure IT infrastructure supports our evolving company goals and business objectives.
- Build and maintain runbooks, support documentation, and automation scripts. Identify opportunities to streamline IT operations and reduce manual toil.
- Analyze logs, design test scenarios, and work with vendors to resolve escalated technical issues. Provide Tier 3 support for complex problems impacting systems or users.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years in IT Systems Engineering, Corporate Infrastructure, or a related technical role.
- Advanced experience in Identity and Access Management, especially with Okta and SCIM integrations.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Shell, or similar) and familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
- Proficient with modern Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as Jamf, Fleet, and Intune
- Experience with configuration management and policy deployment at scale.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and services, including SaaS app management, endpoint security, and networking fundamentals.
