About the Role:

The Marketing Administrator is the operational backbone of the marketing team, responsible for executing and coordinating day-to-day marketing activities that support Bennie’s brand, inbound lead generation, and HR Advisory (HRA) community. This role operationalizes strategy through strong systems management, content coordination, and cross-functional communication.

Reporting to: VP of Marketing

Responsibilities include:

Marketing Operations & HubSpot Management

  • Manage HubSpot, including contact management, list segmentation, and data hygiene.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize automation workflows, email campaigns, and dashboards.
  • Monitor deliverability and ensure platform best practices are followed.

Content & Campaign Operations

  • Coordinate production timelines for blogs, reports, flyers, landing pages, surveys, webinars, and other assets.
  • Manage handoffs between internal teams, designers, and external freelancers.
  • Ensure all assets are QA’d, scheduled, and distributed properly.

Communications & Copy Support

  • Draft first-pass copy for emails, social posts, landing pages, surveys, and event communications.
  • Coordinate approvals and maintain consistent messaging and brand standards.

Design Coordination

  • Manage creative briefs, QA final assets for brand consistency, and coordinate internal/external design resources.

Events & Community Marketing Support

  • Assist with Bennie and HRA event planning and attendee communications.
  • Support logistics, vendor coordination, and travel/hotel arrangements.
  • Help manage community inquiries and ensure timely responses.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years in marketing operations, coordination, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or membership-based programs.
  • Familiarity with event marketing and community engagement initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary for this fully remote position, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The estimated annual salary range for this role is USD65,000 to USD85,000*.

*Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Please note that the compensation details listed above reflect the base salary only, and do not include incentive pay, equity, or benefits. Bennie offers a total rewards package that includes stock options and employee benefits for full-time employees.
