What You’ll Be Doing

Client Advisory

  • Use your insightful expertise to manage a portfolio of clients, providing strategic business and tax advice.
  • Build authentic client relationships, becoming their go-to advisor for business operations, regulatory compliance, restructures, and succession planning.
  • Conduct financial modelling and strategic planning to drive business growth.
  • Guide clients through complex tax matters, asset sales, acquisitions, and operational challenges.

Review & Quality Assurance

  • Mentor and review the work of junior team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide dynamic feedback and guidance to help your team grow.
  • Manage workflow efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with Managers and Partners to strengthen team performance and client service.

Technical Excellence

  • Prepare financial statements and tax returns for individuals, private companies, trusts, and SMSFs.
  • Handle fringe benefits tax, payroll matters, and tax planning with confidence.
  • Stay ahead of legislative changes, ensuring clients remain compliant while maximizing opportunities.

Is This You?

You’re a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You love working with clients, enjoy mentoring others, and you’re ready to step into a role with greater autonomy and impact.

  • CA/CPA-qualified (or on your way) with a degree in Accounting, Business, or Commerce.
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in Business Services, ideally with leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Strong project management skills with a goal-oriented and dynamic mindset.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills—you know how to build authentic relationships with clients, Managers, and Partners.
