The Team Assistant role is integral to the success of Bentleys Queensland. By supporting our Accountants and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions, you’ll contribute to exceptional client outcomes. Your Purpose: Driving Excellence in Support and Organisation
Collaboration
- Schedule and coordinate meetings to keep teams aligned and efficient.
- Manage daily correspondence with clients and external parties to ensure seamless communication.
- Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), ASIC, and other regulatory bodies to address client queries and manage compliance requirements.
Organisation
- Maintain accurate and compliant client files through meticulous scanning and electronic filing.
- Raise invoices, draft engagement contracts, and oversee the establishment of client entities.
- Collate tax returns and financials, ensuring all documentation is complete and ready for client review.
Efficiency
- Provide essential meeting support, including preparing documentation and printing reports.
- Monitor and streamline administrative workflows, ensuring the team operates at its best.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

You’re a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for organisation and support. You bring:
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering clear and effective collaboration.
- The ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills, with the capability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and a willingness to master new systems.
