Assistant Spa Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Assistant Spa Manager to support daily spa operations and drive sales performance. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in spa services and retail sales who is committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience while supporting a high-performing team.

Duties of the Assistant Spa Manager include:

• Drive, monitor, and analyze sales performance and productivity through weekly and monthly dashboards and KPIs;
• Implement and monitor up-selling strategies to maximize spa and individual team members’ daily activity to reach their goals
• Promote and develop the brand’s visibility through merchandising, marketing, and stock handling
• Assist with spa walk-throughs, noting special areas that need cleaning or maintenance attention
• Handle administrative tasks, including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, bank deposits, and reporting
• Follows all practice policies and protocols
• Provide a comfortable, relaxing spa experience to clients
• Perform other duties as assigned

Assistant Spa Manager Skills & Qualifications

• A passion for people, wellness, and service excellence
• Minimum of 2 years retail sales experience
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a spa setting
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skill
• Proficient working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Ensure compliance with all labor and state licensing laws and regulations in relations to business operations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
