Operational Marketing Project Manager (North America)
Full-Time | Remote (East Coast Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Operational Marketing Project Manager to join our International Team. In this fully remote role, you will lead the execution of operational marketing strategies across the North American market, playing a key role in driving sales performance and brand consistency across our airport locations.

Your Mission

You will be responsible for developing and executing the operational marketing strategy for North America, aligning with global brand standards and business objectives. This role combines hands-on project management, cross-functional collaboration, and field support to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively implemented and deliver measurable results. Approximately 10% of your time will support communication and digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Marketing

  • Develop and manage marketing plans and calendars across multiple airports and regions
  • Coordinate and execute commercial campaigns with North America operations teams
  • Monitor performance and provide monthly reporting and insights
  • Partner closely with store managers to drive sales and improve in-store execution
  • Create marketing assets (posters, flyers, videos, etc.) aligned with brand guidelines
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained across all locations
  • Support the rollout of new products and third-party brands in collaboration with internal teams
  • Contribute to the launch of new services to enhance customer experience and profitability
  • Assist with in-store events such as grand openings, service launches, and partnerships

Communication & Digital (10%)

  • Contribute content to the company’s wellness blog
  • Support the creation of monthly customer newsletters
  • Assist the digital team with social media content and campaigns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in operational marketing, project management, or communications
  • Experience in international retail, travel retail, or airport environments is highly preferred
  • Digital marketing experience is a strong plus
  • Fluent in English
