We are looking for a talented and passionate Assistant Spa Manager to join our team at Los Angeles International Airport. If you have a passion for beauty, wellness, and providing outstanding customer service, we want to meet you!

Duties of the Assistant Spa Manager include:

  • Drive, monitor and analyze sales performance and productivity through weekly and monthly dashboards and KPIs;
  • Implement and monitor up-selling strategies to maximize spa and individual team members’ daily activity to reach their goals
  • Promote and develop the brand’s visibility through merchandising, marketing, and stock handling
  • Assist with spa walk-throughs, noting special areas that need cleaning or maintenance attention
  • Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, bank deposits and reporting
  • Follows all practice policies and protocols
  • Provide a comfortable, relaxing spa experience to clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Assistant Spa Manager Skills & Qualifications

HAVE A PASSION FOR PEOPLE

  • Hold a current state Massage Therapy, Cosmetology or Nail Technician license
  • At least 1-2 years retail sales experience
  • At least 1-2 years spa experience
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skill
  • Proficient working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Ensure compliance with all labor and state licensing laws and regulations in relations to business operations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
