Senior Finance Controller

 

KLARSTEIN has been designing, producing, and selling products in the areas of kitchen appliances, garden & living, sports and consumer electronics since 2005 and is now one of Europe’s largest digital companies including around 500 employees around the globe. 

*from 2500 €/month gross depends on experience 

 

What you will do:  

• Drive Group Controlling across European entities and sales channels (own webshops & marketplaces)
• Coordinate the monthly controlling closing and deliver management reporting in Lucanet (consolidation is managed by a separate team)
• Own data quality and reconciliations across SAP ↔ Lucanet (incl. local systems where relevant)
• Lead budget & rolling forecast cycles, incl. scenario planning and management presentations
• Deliver profitability and driver-based analyses (price/mix, performance marketing, COGS, logistics, marketplace fees, returns, FX) by country/channel
• Own inventory controlling: inventory valuation, and inventory health (turnover/DOH, aging, slow movers/obsolescence)
• Act as a finance business partner for key stakeholders (Online Sales, Marketing, Operations) and identify optimization opportunities
• Contribute to team coordination and mentoring within a 4-person controlling setup

 

What we are looking for:  

• Degree in accounting, finance, or related fields
• 5+ years in Controlling/FP&A (group/regional experience is a plus)
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance storytelling
• ACCA, CFA or Big4 experience is an advantage
• Experience with Lucanet and/or SAP (or similar tools); PowerBI, advanced Excel
• Solid understanding of e-commerce drivers and inventory/working capital topics
• Business partnering mindset, structured approach, strong communication
• Fluent English (German is a plus)
