E-commerce Logistics Specialist

Salary starts from 1500 €/gross month (depends on experience) 

 

As a E-commerce Logistics Specialist, you will be involved in the full outbound delivery process – from the moment an order leaves the warehouse until it reaches the customer.

What you will do:

• Managing and monitoring outbound parcel logistics from warehouse dispatch to final delivery.
• Communicating with courier companies, carriers and logistics partners and handling day-to-day operational topics.
• Monitoring delivery performance, transit times, tracking, SLAs and other logistics KPIs.
• Supporting and improving cross-border delivery processes across European markets.
• Managing returns and reverse logistics processes.
• Handling delivery incidents, claims and other non-standard situations and helping identify their root causes.
• Preparing reports and analyses and evaluating carrier and service performance.
• Supporting capacity and peak planning during high-volume periods.
• Supporting the onboarding of new carriers, services and logistics solutions.
• Identifying opportunities to improve logistics processes in terms of cost, speed, quality and customer experience.
• Working closely with Logistics, Warehouses, Customer Service and IT teams.
• Using modern tools, including AI and automation, to improve everyday work and solve operational problems.

You will not only follow existing processes. You will gradually learn how our logistics operation works, identify problems and take part in improving the way we work.

This is a junior role with real responsibility and the opportunity to grow towards carrier management, analytics, process optimization and your own logistics projects.

 

What we are looking for:  

• You have an interest in logistics, e-commerce and delivery processes.
• You have an analytical and structured way of thinking and enjoy working with data.
• You are comfortable working with Excel and handling larger amounts of information.
• You are able to identify connections, investigate problems and look for their root cause, rather than just dealing with the symptoms.
• You are comfortable using ChatGPT or other AI tools for research, analysis, everyday work and problem-solving.
• You are able to work independently, set priorities and take ownership of your tasks.
• You are practical, curious and willing to learn new things.
• You communicate confidently in English, both in writing and verbally.
• You are a team player and enjoy working with colleagues from different departments and countries.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, e-commerce or operations is an advantage, but is not required.

Advantage

• Experience in e-commerce or parcel logistics.
• Experience working with courier companies, outbound or returns processes.
• Experience with cross-border delivery, marketplaces or D2C businesses.
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting/analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of API or EDI integrations.
