Position Overview:
As a service-to-sales associate, you will play a pivotal role in our dealership. You will identify prospects through the Service Drive, qualify leads, assist customers with the trade-in process, and guide them through appraisal and sales transactions. Your responsibilities will include product presentation, selling and appraising vehicles, negotiating, presenting vehicle features, and closing sales transactions.
Who You Are:
- You have 1+ years of commission sales experience in a retail environment.
- Customer-centric: You prioritize high customer satisfaction and treat all customers with dignity, ensuring a positive purchase or service experience.
- Driven and proactive: You are motivated to prospect and develop potential customers through existing relationships, new customers, and referrals.
- Independent and self-motivated: You require minimal supervision to complete tasks and take ownership of your responsibilities.
- Excellent communicator: You consistently demonstrate a proven ability to establish and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. You can discuss terms with clients in a friendly and professional manner while maintaining profit levels at or above company standards.
- Product knowledge enthusiast: You thrive on staying informed and educated about all product model features and benefits.
- Team player: You can liaise between the Service Drive and Salesforce members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Dedicated: You are passionate about your role and eager to contribute to our ever-growing network of dealerships.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Continuously develop and qualify customer leads through the service drive.
- Make calls to customers to confirm scheduled vehicles for appraisal.
- Develop relationships with customers and gauge their interest in a trade-up.
- Consistently achieve sales quotas and meet sales action plan objectives.
- Maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed, maintain, and fine-tune the skills required for the position.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year sales experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- At least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a favorable motor vehicle record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
