Position Overview:

As Finance Manager, you'll be key in the sales and finance departments. You’ll coach and develop the sales team, drive sales performance, and manage the financing process to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will also be responsible for maximizing profitability by selling finance and insurance products, while ensuring compliance and maintaining strong lender relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Present and sell F&I products, including service contracts, GAP, and more
• Maintain lender relationships and manage the loan approval process
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted promptly
• Set department schedules and manage finance-related reporting

Performance Metrics:

• Achievement of sales and gross profit targets
• Associate retention and team development
• Customer satisfaction (CSI) scores

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales and finance
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check
