Position Overview:
As Finance Manager, you'll be key in the sales and finance departments. You’ll coach and develop the sales team, drive sales performance, and manage the financing process to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will also be responsible for maximizing profitability by selling finance and insurance products, while ensuring compliance and maintaining strong lender relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Present and sell F&I products, including service contracts, GAP, and more
- Maintain lender relationships and manage the loan approval process
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted promptly
- Set department schedules and manage finance-related reporting
Performance Metrics:
- Achievement of sales and gross profit targets
- Associate retention and team development
- Customer satisfaction (CSI) scores
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales and finance
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check
