🚀 About the Role:

We’re a volume-driven store, so efficiency, focus, and accountability are key. As an F&I Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in optimizing every deal while maintaining the highest level of guest experience and compliance.

What You'll Do: 

  • Drive sales performance by setting daily, weekly, and monthly goals—and holding yourself accountable to them
  • Lead, coach, and energize the sales team to meet unit sales, gross profit, and F&I product targets
  • Manage the full finance process, including rapid, clean funding and accurate documentation
  • Present and sell F&I products, including service contracts, GAP, and more
  • Work closely with prime and subprime lenders to secure the best approvals for our guests
  • Ensure strict compliance and uphold the highest levels of integrity and professionalism
  • Handle showroom, e-commerce, and inbound phone traffic to maximize every opportunity

👤 Who You Are:

  • A high-integrity leader with 2+ years of retail automotive F&I experience
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to win—you thrive on accountability
  • Effective at managing your time and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong closer with a consistent track record of performance
  • Experienced working with banks and credit unions to fund contracts quickly and cleanly
  • A team player and clear communicator who fosters collaboration across departments
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences

🎯 Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in automotive finance or sales leadership
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
